Jeff understands what his patients are going through and takes time to access the problem. He answers all questions and is very friendly. When you have a problem he makes sure you have an appointment to solve the problem. Would recommend him to anyone.

To be honest I was very nervous about getting hearing aides. Going to see Jeff made me upset with myself for waiting so long. From the time I entered his office he made me feel very relaxed. The hearing test was very professional and understandable. Jeff took his time with me and explained everything about his findings with my hearing loss. Next came the part I was dreading "THE COST". Jeff never ever pressured me into a high end or low end of purchasing my hearing aides. He left everything up to me. I asked him what he used and right away he took his out and showed me. I thought if they are good enough for you Jeff then that's what I want. To say I am amazed at what I have been missing is an understatement. Why I waited so long and missed so much is crazy. I can't believe all the sounds I can hear now. Best part is Jeff takes total care of everything once he puts the hearing aides in your ears. He totally trained me and I can go back anytime with questions. Please I HIGHLY recommend Jeff at "HEAR THE BIRDS" because that is exactly what you will hear and more. Thank you is not near enough .

I could not afford hearing aids that were good quality. A friend told me about Jeff. In 2 weeks I had new hearing aids at an affordable price that work wonderful!! I would recommend a visit to him before you settle for anyone else. I don’t think you can beat his personal attention and the product he sells.

My Dr. recommended Hear the Birds when I spoke to her about hearing problems. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jeff explained everything that he was doing as well as what my hearing loss was. He found me hearing aids within my budget. They arrived in a week. Jeff explained everything and programed them to my exact needs. My hearing is so much better. I can hear the birds but even better I understood my 17 month old granddaughter when I video chatted with her. I highly recommend Hear the Birds.

I drove almost two hours to Lock Haven on the advice of a friend for my hearing aids. I was very pleased with Mr. Bayliff’s honesty, knowledge of product, and a very nice personality. Also the ability to keep his prices much lower than MD doctors with the same product. He is a born again Christian who loves the Lord and treats you right. I have heard so many horrid stories from friends over the years about their hearing experiences. I was in a quandary about choosing the right place for my hearing aids. talking to a lot of my tax clients about their hearing aids and did some research on my own and found out that Bayliff Hearing Services had an excellent product and at a reasonable price. I was shopping for quality, ( first,) but I got both. An excellent product at a reasonable price. I not only looked for service, warranty, expertise, a good product. Hearing the Birds meet all those needs, only I was treated professionally but as a valued customer. I would recommend Mr. Bayliff and his company to anyone that is having hearing problems. His product is tops and I have my hearing back and haven't said " WHAT " to my wife since. lets give him a 5 for best

I’m glad I went to Jeff for my hearing aids. I’ve had them (Oticon) about a month now with only positive results to report. The hearing aids are programmed to my ears and are blue tooth connected to my phone so I can adjust them as necessary. The batteries are rechargeable each night and last all day. Jeff is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and gave me the best price so I can highly recommend his service.

Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with my insurance company to get me updated on newer hearing aids as it had been 10-12 years since I started using hearing aids. Jeff tuned my hearing aids to my needs and after a week or so, fined tuned them and added a tinnitus program. I would recommend Jeff for your hearing needs.

My bad hearing has prevented me from hearing much of what other people say. I was told many years go that I had to live with the situation because there wasn't much that could be done. A doctor told me the same thing on another occasion. Then I decided to take Jeff Bayliff up on his offer for a free test. He explained very clearly what I was missing and different options I should consider. He didn't pressure me in any way. I decided to wait because my Medicare Advantage plan didn't provide much help. I decided recently again to check with Jeff, and discovered I could change to a provider that would pay for some good aids in full so I did that.
