My experience with Jeff at HEAR THE BIRDS was nothing but EXCELLENT to say the least! Jeff is very easy to talk to about your hearing problems and he is professional in every way. I love my hearing aides from Jeff. My husband does too. My Hubby said, “heck those new hearing aides are so good I can’t get away with anything because you can even hear what I’m thinking.

After reading many of the other reviews, I found them to be absolutely true. Jeff Bayiff is professional, knowledgeable, and kind, explaining the process and any questions I had in terms I could understand…no matter how many times I asked the same question. He somehow made the whole, “Oh no! Now I need a hearing aid!

We were very excited about meeting with Jeff to learn about hearing aids. We had put them off for a few years but Jeff put all our angst and fears to rest. He anticipated our questions, brought us to peace about our purchase and explained everything so well. Both of us thought, "Why did we wait so long to get hearing aids!" I have tried hearing aids before but was never happy with results from any of them. I finally broke down and had my wife schedule an appointment with him. When the new hearing aids arrived I was fitted with them and when they were activated I was totally amazed by the fit, finish and operation of the devices. I am so happy that I have someone close to my home that understands hearing loss and is so knowledgeable and able to assist me with my hearing aides, He is understanding and compassionate about his work and his service is outstanding.
