I have been going to Hear The Birds in Lock Haven Pa. For the last 2+ years. The owner and technician (Jeff Bayliff), has been an extreme pleasure to due business with while getting me suited for hearing aids. The first time I met Jeff , he helped me with a pair of hearing aids that I didn't even buy through him. The following year Mr. Bayliff tested my hearing and helped me to find and fit me with a pair of hearing aids that I was very satisfied with. This year was no different. Jeff is very knowledgeable in his field and helped in every aspect of getting me into a set of hearing aids. He very professional but personable, pleasant and thorough. I plan on patronizing with Jeff for the rest of his career. I consider Mr. Jeff Bayliff more than my Hearing Specialist he's my friend.

Our kids have been complaining about my hearing for years, finally I promised our middle one that I would check into it when we get home from vacation…a friend gave me Jeff’s name and I’m off…easy to get an appointment and my hearing aids we’re ready 2 days later…Jeff was wonderful, very caring, and took the time to answer questions (I still have a couple more) and spend time w/ us it’s amazing how much better I can hear and WHY did it take me this long to get my ears checked! I recently had the pleasure of meeting and becoming a client of Mr. Bayliff. My father has been a client of Mr. Bayliff's for many years and has always spoken highly of both the service he provides, and the caring individual that he is. At 59, I've noticed a steady decline in my hearing for the past 5 years but was too stubborn to check into hearing aids because I was "too young". Last year, I tried a less expensive mail order version that had great reviews ... they didn't work at all for me, and I returned them. I then started a journey with an agency through which you can get hearing aids if your hearing loss effects your work, as mine does. After speaking with my father, he urged me to contact Mr. Bayliff, and I'm so thankful that I took his advice. I can't say enough positives about my experience with Mr. Bayliff. His goal truly is to provide the most appropriate hearing aid at the best cost to his clients. He takes the time to talk with you about your specific hearing loss and go over the options for your hearing needs. He explains how to use and allows you to trial what you choose. He provides follow-up care as needed at no additional cost, and his price is substantially lower than other providers to begin with. I highly recommend Mr. Bayliff. I can't begin to express in words how much the hearing aids I'm using have improved both my personal and professional lives.

Mr. Jeff was very professional in evaluating my hearing and recommending my hearing aids. He answered all my questions. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful while assisting me to choose the correct device or my hearing loss. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
