My experience with Jeff is as professional, sincere and very knowledgeable as all these reviews I’ve read. The very competitive pricing Jeff lives by makes these high quality aids much more affordable than several competitors I spoke with. This was not a quick decision for me but I was soon very pleased and confident meeting with Jeff . I recommend making your appointment and then decide yourself… thank you Jeff!

Yesterday you accommodated my wife with an emergency repair to her left (broken) hearing aid. I wish to extend a very special Thank You for providing the time and repairing her device. While there I asked you about my VA provided hearing aid and if there is a reason why I was having a problem not getting the complete use from my devices? You was kindly to take a look at my aids and recommended changing the caps. It worked and now I hear much better. Thank you for taking the time and providing the service to me & my wife on a short notice. I can truly recommend "Hear The Birds" to everyone who may have a hearing problem.

Jeff is very professional and thorough. The first night I was home with my new hearing aids, I went for a walk and heard crickets for the first time in over 5 years. I'm lookin for more of those types of experiences.

Jeff is knowledgeable about his hearing aids, and so easy to understand. He gets you in dose a simple hearing test, unlike other places I been giving you the million dollar ride. Listens to your needs gets you tuned in and out the door you go felling very confident in your new aids. Plus you’ll be hard to find a nicer person, with an attitude in helping you get the full benefits of your new hearing aids. Top notch

Jeffrey Bayliff was very professional and supportive. I got hearing aids from another specialist and paid DOUBLE what Jeffrey charged. I returned the original set to that hearing center in Indiana and was charged a large fee for restocking before my trial period was over. Jeffrey never charges for a return within the 30 day trial period as I have no intention of returning them. I got the same hearing aid and couldn’t be more pleased. He worked with my schedule and was patient and kind. My friend recommended him to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing hearing aids Thank-you Jeffrey for your superior service!!!!

I went to Hear the Birds in Lock Haven, PA on the referral by my doctor. There I was tested and fitted for hearing aids by Jeffery Bayliff. I found him to be pleasant, professional and very knowledgable. He made sure I understood everything. I am extremely pleased with the results and enjoy hearing so much better. I was very satisfied with my experience with Jeff Bayliff at Hear the Birds in Lock Haven. He was extremely kind and thorough. He explained everything well and took the time to answer any questions I had. I am still getting used to my hearing aids as I was very hesitant to get them, but am adjusting and can hear much better.
