Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful while assisting me to choose the correct device or my hearing loss. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. To my surprise when I left my appointment with my new hearing aids, I was able to hear the turn signal in my truck clicking. Guess I won't be leaving that on anymore. I would highly recommend Jeff & his quality sales and service.
