Jeff is a very knowledgeable person. He explains everything well. He does not PUSH you to buy hearing aids. He helped my husband and I to hear things we haven't heard in years. When the sign says "Hear the Birds" it really means it. I walked out the door and heard leaves rustling, cars speeding by, a man talking across the street and I definatly HEARD THE BIRDS!
