We were very excited about meeting with Jeff to learn about hearing aids. We had put them off for a few years but Jeff put all our angst and fears to rest. He anticipated our questions, brought us to peace about our purchase and explained everything so well. Both of us thought, "Why did we wait so long to get hearing aids!" After a week of wearing them, we are surprised to hear the house fan, crickets outside our window and have the tv volume so low when we are watching it among other things! It was also great to be able to finance these. Jeff was gracious and his offer was extremely generous. He explained in detail why he could bring us such a great deal and how the aids work. We were also so pleased to find that he has also talked to a local facility for us to be adopted so we will be able to continue to get our hearing aid needs met. Thank you so much Jeff for all you did for us. Jeff was an answer to our prayers.
