I was impressed with the professional way in which Jeff tested my hearing and explained my hearing loss. I was easy to understand when he showed me the diagram of hearing and the degree of my hearing loss. My hearing was greatly improved with my new Oticon hearing aids. I can hear my T.V. without turning it up so high and enjoy conversations with family and friends without asking them to repeat what they have said. Thank you for your expertise, it is really great to be able to hear again.

My experience was wonderful. Jeff was exceptional in explaining testing steps initially. He was equally excellent in showing the steps with the hearing aid modes, use of remote and very thorough in the care and workings of same.

Love the price,& the remote control and the other extra supplies that he added at no extra charge.. Mr. Bayliff was very professional & polite. After having them 2 weeks I often forget I have them in. Only reason I only put 4 stars is because I have only had them 2 weeks. If i still love them in 6 months and have no problems. I will give them 5 stars
