I was able to get an appointment the day that I called. After the examination, everything was explained and I found the right hearing aids for my problem and all questions were answered with patience. Excellent, friendly service!

Mr. Bayliff is a very kind and caring man. My experience with him has been very positive. This is my first hearing aid so I wasn't sure of my need or want for one but he was very knowledgeable of the devices and was a great help. Thanks to him, I can hear the birds sing again.
