Jeff Bayliff is very knowledgeable. Every time I go to him, he always knows what is wrong with my hearing aids and he finds it right away.

Mr. Bayliff was a great help with my hearing aids. He is very patient in telling me how to do everything, putting the aids in correctly and explaining things very well.

My experience was wonderful. He is a very nice man, he will help you where ever you have a problem.

My left hearing aid stopped working, I checked the vinyl cup and could not find wax. I dropped it off at Bayliff and had the unit back the next day. Wax had gotten into the stem. I appreciated the fast and courteous service.

At age 90, I really didn't think I could hear better. Jeff really surprised me with his expertise; he tested, diagnosed and prescribed the right hearing aids. I hear so well, not like age 19, but so much better!
