My hearing was getting bad so I called Mr. Bayliff. I talked to other people and their experiences with him. He is very nice and very informative. Helped me decide which hearing aid would be best for me. When I got mine, I couldn't believe the sounds I haven't heard for a long time, it was pretty amazing.
