I was very pleased! Tried them for a week, went back and had them adjusted to a "T". Yea, no more ringing in my ears and I can finally hear again. I would definitely recommend Jeff Bayliff @Hear the Birds Hearing Center! And, always can return "if" there is a problem with "no charge."
