My bad hearing has prevented me from hearing much of what other people say. I was told many years go that I had to live with the situation because there wasn't much that could be done. A doctor told me the same thing on another occasion. Then I decided to take Jeff Bayliff up on his offer for a free test. He explained very clearly what I was missing and different options I should consider. He didn't pressure me in any way. I decided to wait because my Medicare Advantage plan didn't provide much help. I decided recently again to check with Jeff, and discovered I could change to a provider that would pay for some good aids in full so I did that. I am totally and completely satisfied with the results. Thank you so much Jeff for your help.
