Jeff was recommended by several friends of mine who he has helped in the past and who are highly satisfied with the results from his products. I finally broke down and had my wife schedule an appointment with him. After the review of my previous hearing tests against the test given by Jeff, he determined the type of aid I needed and how they would be set up. With his satisfaction guarantee, I agreed to give them a try. When the new hearing aids arrived I was fitted with them and when they were activated I was totally amazed by the fit, finish and operation of the devices. I could immediately hear sounds and voices that I had been unable to hear for many years. I couldn't be happier with the product and Jeff is totally professional and working with him is quick and easy. I would recommend this company and Jeff Bayliff to anybody who struggles with hearing sounds and voices.
