Going to see Jeff made me upset with myself for waiting so long. From the time I entered his office he made me feel very relaxed. The hearing test was very professional and understandable. Jeff took his time with me and explained everything about his findings with my hearing loss. Next came the part I was dreading \"THE COST\". Jeff never ever pressured me into a high end or low end of purchasing my hearing aides. He left everything up to me. I asked him what he used and right away he took his out and showed me. I thought if they are good enough for you Jeff then that's what I want. To say I am amazed at what I have been missing is an understatement. Why I waited so long and missed so much is crazy. I can't believe all the sounds I can hear now. Best part is Jeff takes total care of everything once he puts the hearing aides in your ears. He totally trained me and I can go back anytime with questions. Please I HIGHLY recommend Jeff at \"HEAR THE BIRDS\" because that is exactly what you will hear and more.
