He told me to take them home and wear them for two weeks, no money down, no deposit, just the assurance that if I was not 100% satisfied, I could bring them back and walk away without even a charge for his time and the hearing test. Needless to say, I am totally satisfied with both the hearing aids (I did my research and these are state of the art in hearing aid technology), and the service Jeff Bayliff provides.
